Instructional Designer/Content Developer
As an instructional designer, I have collaborated with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify learning objectives, devise relevant content, and set deadlines. Our team has redesigned curriculum to increase academic rigor with modifications for adult learners. ADDIE focused curriculum design is applied to instructional sequencing and learning modules to provide just in time learning with proven results. Adobe Creative Suite, Rise, and Storyline are combined with Camtasia, Vyond and the latest instructional design software programs to create LMS compatible instruction.

Master Teacher
As a trainer, I facilitate virtual and hybrid instructor-led training on engineering content for secondary teachers. I offer continued communication after course completion to ensure program and professional success for participants. My personal professional development is maintained via communication with peers and facilitation of virtual training workshops.

Engineering Instructor
Facilitate engineering, physics, chemistry and computer science courses for secondary students. Achieved 90% student pass rate for industry certification exams through project based learning.
